Shift: First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Description

The Entry-Level Deburrer plays a key role in a medical manufacturing environment by removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from precision-machined medical components. This position ensures that all parts meet strict quality and safety standards by following detailed work instructions, using precision tools, and collaborating closely with production and quality teams. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in medical device manufacturing and develop strong technical skills in a clean, regulated setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deburr, polish, and finish machined medical components.
  • Inspect parts and verify quality standards.
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures.
  • Use measuring tools to confirm dimensional accuracy.
  • Handle components carefully to prevent damage.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet goals.
  • Follow GMP, FDA, and company quality requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, organized, and well-maintained manufacturing environment focused on medical device production. Work is performed on a first-shift schedule in a facility that emphasizes safety, orderliness, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA requirements. Team members regularly use hand tools, deburring equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. The environment supports close collaboration with production, quality, and manufacturing staff while maintaining clear procedures and documentation standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wareham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
