About the Position

Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Location

Midland, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a high-acuity environment including ICU/CCU settings
• Support emergency and trauma (Level II) cases as needed
• Deliver respiratory care to both adult and pediatric patient populations
• Operate within a large facility environment, managing a diverse and complex patient caseload
• Document patient care and clinical findings using electronic health record systems
• Expect to work some holidays as part of the standard rotation

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required — CRT will not be accepted
• Strong adult critical care experience (ICU/CCU) required
• Emergency and trauma (Level II) experience required
• Pediatric respiratory therapy experience required
• Active state licensure required prior to start date; pending license accepted at time of submission
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in large hospital or high-volume facility settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records preferred
