Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position : you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do
You'll own short-term demand planning and allocation for the company's audio product category, making sure the right quantity of product reaches each customer account on time. Working in Korean and English, you'll build forecasts, manage customer orders and inventory, and keep headquarters, sales, and operations teams aligned on what's coming.

• Run weekly PSI (production, sales, inventory) and supply chain planning activities so each customer receives the right allocation and delivery on time
• Enter the weekly allocation forecast to maximize product allocation by account and by site
• Build and maintain accurate 6-month demand forecasts for audio products using historical data, market trends, and input from cross-functional teams
• Manage the weekly demand forecast at the SKU and site level, provide customer order commitments, and update the top-line forecast to secure short-term supply
• Track weekly customer orders and manage them through to on-time delivery
• Handle logistics order processes such as diversions and stock transfers
• Monitor sales order receiving and shipping to support monthly sales targets
• Work with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations to factor product launches, promotions, and other events into the forecast
• Coordinate with headquarters on production scheduling and supplier management to meet demand
• Monitor inventory levels and balance inventory investment against service-level targets
• Publish daily and weekly operating reports, plus a weekly available-to-sell and inventory aging report
• Manage weekly factory and purchase-order inventory aging
• Track supply chain KPIs and share updates and recommendations with senior management on demand, inventory, and supply chain performance

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, data analysis, and logistics operations
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Experience with demand planning
• Strong analytical skills, including work with large datasets and advanced Excel functions
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP
• General knowledge of supply chain operations in your area of work, with some familiarity with the broader supply chain
• Ability to spot standard problems in the supply chain cycle and recommend changes to methods or dates; may approve standard changes to keep customers satisfied
• Ability to read, prepare, and interpret information from sales, purchase, and transfer orders
• Comfort working on routine problems where data analysis points to established solutions
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take initiative

Nice to have

• Experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau or a data tool such as Alteryx
