Business Analyst

Mandatory skills: Assay development knowledge Job Description: 10+ years in product/business analysis or similar roles within pharma, biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare tech. Must have hands-on assay development knowledge (experimental design, optimization, and common validation attributes). Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, backlog ownership, and end-to-end SDLC delivery. Familiarity with lab operations and assay configuration concepts (methods, instruments, reagents, controls). Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills; expert at writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar). Experience with LIMS, ELN, instrument integration, and lab informatics. Exposure to data models for assay results, metadata, and audit trails.
