Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Overview Position: Travel ICU Charge Nurse Location: Lewiston, Maine Department: Intensive Care Unit Shifts Available: Days and Nights Pay: up to $1,491 –$2,067 gross pay per week; equivalent to $41.44– $57.43 per hour. Assignment Length: 12 weeks Paid Weekly Additional $3/hour differential is paid on top of the base rate. Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments. Supervises, mentors, and supports staff performance and development. Assists with performance management and HR-related activities. Monitors supplies, equipment, and unit readiness. Coordinates patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges. Addresses patient care concerns and escalates issues through the appropriate chain of command. Rounds with patients and families to support a positive patient experience. Provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and quality outcomes. Ensures safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Current and valid state RN License Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current. Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current. Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.D. setting required. Previous supervisory experience, one to two years, in acute care hospital, ICU setting, required. Pay Transparency Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $41.44 to $57.43. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
