? Requirements

? Current, active Illinois RN License

???? Minimum 3 years of PCU / Progressive Care RN experience

?? Current CPR/BLS Certification

? Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills

? Ability to recognize, assess, and report changes in patient condition

? Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans

? Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

? Strong communication, patient education, and conflict-resolution skills

? Ability to maintain complete and accurate medical records
