As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center , you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care and service to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality, resident-centered care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
