The team has worked together for over 20 years, and the clinic focuses on clinical excellence and patient comfort. Dr. Dean Gregson and Dr. Indhya provide general and family care. Qualifications Licensure: Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing. Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification. Clinical Excellence: Strong technical knowledge of dental hygiene equipment, diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and gentle touch. Communication: Warm, family‑oriented interpersonal skills to educate patients safely. Responsibilities Comprehensive Prophylaxis: Deliver dental hygiene therapies, scaling, root planing, and periodontal care to patients of all ages. Patient Education: Guide and educate patients on custom home‑care routines and preventive health. Advanced Technology: Utilize modern clinical tools, text‑based software workflows, and laser therapy (training provided at hire). Collaborative Diagnosis: Partner with Dr. Gregson and Dr. Indhya to co‑diagnose and build personalized treatment plans. Benefits Compensation: $60.00 per hour.
