RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) (Contract)

• Location: Arizona 85306

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Pay: $2,108 – $2,365 per week

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

• Shift: Night Shift

• Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Required

• Float Requirement: Possible float to support other units

• Provide direct nursing care to PCU/step-down patients

• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions

• Administer medications and coordinate care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes

• Support additional units as needed through float assignments

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona (Required)

  • BLS (Required)

  • ACLS (typically required for PCU roles)

• Experience:

  • Prior PCU, step-down, or acute care experience preferred

• Setting: Progressive Care / Step-Down Unit

• Scheduling: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as required
