Operations Manager (back half nights)
Red Bull North America
5+ years of experience in high-volume warehouse, distribution, or CPG operations Proven experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory processes Experience working with operational systems (SAP preferred) Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, and similar standards) High school diploma or GED required Strong leadership and people development skills Ability to operate effectively in a 24/7, high-demand environment Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communicator across frontline teams and leadership High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with computer ordering systems and other operational IT systems Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Bull North America
