National Community Renaissance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-family construction projects. You will act as the bridge between the office and job sites, overseeing Superintendents and coordinating with the VP of Estimating to prepare contracts, scopes, and cost estimates. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, buyout, and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
