Injection Machine Operator

What Skills You Will Utilize Ability to follow directions from and communicate with supervisors and coworkers in a professional manner. Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a teammate. What You'll Do Make sure all necessary supplies are at the machine prior to start‐up. Processes customer orders in accordance with bill of materials and item configuration to ensure customer satisfaction. Operate an injection molding machine in either continuous or single‐cycle. Perform the following tasks within the machine's cycle time: Log in and start activity on Epicor. Retrieve parts from conveyer. Pull parts off the machine. Trim and/or cut as required. Spray mold as needed. Inspect parts for defects. Place correct band size on parts, tighten bolts on bands, and/or add the correct label on the parts. Build boxes and skids while assuring the correct quantity of parts are packed. Complete all other duties as assigned. Maintain proper housekeeping in your workstation according to the company's safety and quality plans. Practice safety in your workstation and all facilities according to the guidelines of the CCI Handbook.
