Clinical Therapist (MA/MSW)

Clinical Therapist - Foster Care Program Must reside in Southern/Middle Tennessee (Davidson, Rutherford, Wilson, Bedford, Coffee, and Cannon counties). Greystone Foster Care, in partnership with Universal Health Services, Inc., offers comprehensive behavioral health services to at‑risk youth. Responsibilities Provide in‑home therapy services for level 3 youth in the foster or birth home at least once per week. Within 30 days of placement, develop Master Treatment Plans upon admission and update them in conjunction with the treatment team. Meet/greet new admits within 24 hours of admission. Conduct psychosocial assessments with youth within 72 hours of admission. Coordinate activities to ensure that treatment‑plan goals and objectives are met. Maintain accurate, complete, timely, and appropriate clinical records and other required information. Complete discharge planning, including recommendations, approval from guardians, and arrangements as needed. Participate in on‑call rotation when required by the facility to meet governing‑agency requirements. Collaborate with other staff to coordinate therapeutic services. Perform other duties as assigned or required by this position. This is a hybrid position requiring remote and occasional onsite work; full‑time dedication with flexibility for weekends and evenings. Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. LMSW preferred, but not required. Ability to build effective relationships with families and agencies. Ability to think and act quickly and calmly in an emergency and make independent decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid state driver’s license. Automobile insurance with verification of medical liability. Successful background check, fingerprinting, and employment verification required.
