Manufacturing Technicians 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Newton, NC Starting Pay: $18.00/hr | Increase to $20.10/hr upon hire Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM Environment: Clean, climate-controlled facility

What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble automotive components in a structured, fast-paced environment. Some Machine Operator roles are available BOE
- Perform quality checks to ensure every part meets standards
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Work alongside a team that supports each other and hits production goals together
What You Bring
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a real plus but not required for all positions. Strong stable work history preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED will be verified
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependability - you show up and get it done
- Ability to work overtime is required
