Sr. Administrative Assistant - $24-$27/hr - Virginia Beach, VA

Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Virginia Beach, Virginia. About The Jobs: Provide administrative support to three Vice Presidents within the Information Technology Department Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily administrative operations Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects, including logistics, catering, technology, and attendee communications Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative transactions Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality About You: 4+ years of administrative support experience Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex calendars Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Experience coordinating meetings, events, and related logistics High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, customer-focused, and able to handle confidential information About The Position: emp-to-Hire Start Date: ASAP! $24-$27/hr Hybrid: 3 days onsite Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
