Leadership Opportunity In Food Service

Running the floor like a prosmooth, sharp, and service-first. Keeping the team synced up and the vibe strong. Jumping in to serve, solve problems, and lead from the front. Training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the tone. Acting as the go-to person between front + back of house. Helping leadership keep operations on point and guests coming back.

A top-tier server with leadership instincts and a love for teamwork. Calm under pressure (like, full section, full house calm). A motivator, a problem-solver, and a do-it-right-the-first-time kind of human. Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and keeping morale high. 2+ years in food service, with lead or key-holder experience.

High School or better.
