Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract-To-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong AI project experience to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of AI initiatives, the ability to manage multiple products or capabilities, and experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable product plans.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own product roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization, and execution.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable development plans.
• Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, Kanban boards, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver product goals.
• Manage multiple products, capabilities, or AI initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of Product Management and/or Product Ownership experience.
• Strong technical understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and projects.
• Proven experience in roadmap planning, backlog management, requirements gathering, and Agile execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS technology stack experience.
• Experience managing multiple AI initiatives or a broader AI product portfolio.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
