Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility. We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team. In this role, CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, and nail care, while ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect at all times. New CNA’s and temp NA’s are welcome . Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care Compensation Hourly compensation starting at $21.00 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills Sign-on bonus upto $4000 Baylor Program option available Tuition reimbursement opportunities Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications Active New Jersey CNA license required Strong compassion and commitment to caring for the elderly Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable, responsible, and patient-focused attitude Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
