Job Summary:

This role will be the lead and will be responsible for day-to-day operations, making sure you and the second employee are completing requests that come in.  Shipping/receiving with UPS and USPS. Printing, scanning Trac, assembling, cutting, binding, punching of documents. Stocking supplies and keeping inventory. Emailing, calling, and communicating with client, customer reporting. The manager is looking for someone who can communicate well, both with the team and client. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Basic knowledge of office programs, outlook, excel, word, teams. Experience in basic shipping/receiving as well as basic printing and binding. This position will require extensive periods of time sitting at computer and standing while working on product assembly. A little lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions. Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs. Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives. Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees. Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery. Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.

Job Responsibilities:

Leads day-to-day operations of specified up to 2-person site, service or shift. Develops, implements and reviews related procedures. Invoices accounts and interacts with customers and various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment. Responsible for assisting in the daily management of assigned facility by reporting and escalating facility related issues; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met. The Site Leader is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance for sites with no Site Manager assigned.
