Referral Bonuses Flexible Schedules Position Overview: We are hiring 1 Direct Care Aide (DCA) to provide homecare services in Brockton. This position doesn't have much driving - only two Brockton stops and you will be able to see all your scheduled members. It's the perfect schedule and a great opportunity to start your career in the healthcare field! Key Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Offer medication reminders. Assist with shopping, errands, and prescription pickup. Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Report to the main office and supervisors as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (registered and insured). Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and climb stairs as needed. No certification required - we will train the right candidate! Additional Details Schedules are set once created, with opportunities to expand based on availability. Direct Care Aides typically work 45-60 minutes per member or 2-hour shifts for members who need shopping and laundry assistance.
