Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in a hands-on production environment. This role involves assembling products, operating basic equipment, and supporting daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, staying active throughout the shift, and contributing to a team-oriented workplace.

• Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Operate production equipment and assist with material movement as needed
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Read and follow basic diagrams, work orders, or instructions

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, agricultural, or other hands-on work environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
