The State Bank of Faribault Location: Prior Lake Branch Job Title: Universal Banker Overview: The Role As a Universal Banker, you are the face of our bank. You will act as a trusted source for banking services to our clients, handling everything from everyday transactions to long-term goals. You will get the opportunity to combine the important role of the teller line and personal banking to offer one-stop convenience. Responsibilities: Client Service & Transactions: Accurately process routine teller transactions, manage your cash drawer and handle account maintenance. Relationship Building: Proactively greet clients, assess their financial needs, and provide consultative advice. Account Services: Assist customers with opening new checking, savings, and CD accounts. Product Education: Guide customers on utilizing our digital banking, mobile apps and account management tools. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling, banking, or customer-facing retail experience. Strong interpersonal communication and consultative sales skills. Hight attention to detail, accuracy, and strong math skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping people.
