Social Services Consultant

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Social Services Consultant to support individuals and families across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop individualized service plans, and connect clients to behavioral health, housing, and community resources.
