Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of English to comprehend safety and operational instructions effectively.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime, which may include weekends and holidays, often on short notice.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend for 80% of the time with or without accommodations.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a mailroom or similar production environment.
• Familiarity with mailing software or barcode scanning technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assist with troubleshooting processes.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced operational role is an asset.
