Requirements Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
