The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.Job Functions:Load and unload parts into machines.Use basic measuring equipment to inspect parts.Maintain production rates.Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.Performs inspection of machined products, and maintains inspection logs.Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.Follow detailed work instructions.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.Demonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job.Ability to learn and properly apply new job-related information in a timely mannerAbility to perform basic measurement and basic math tasksPerforms jobs in a manner that minimizes hazards to self, others and the environment.
