Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Manage ventilated patients, stroke and thrombectomy patients, and those requiring opti-flow and Bipaps
• Administer medications including insulin, vasopressors, sedation, and manage invasive lines
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and perform wound care and dressing changes
• Provide patient care within a 1:1-3 RN to patient ratio
• Float to other units as required, providing adaptable and flexible staffing support

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Valid RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
