Program Scheduler

We have a great opportunity for a Program Scheduler who will be responsible for maintaining schedule analysis documentation in support of assigned programs or projects. • Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to meet all program objectives. • Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality. • Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. • Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. • Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field. • 3+ years’ experience tracking and maintaining system documentation for Program and Project Scheduling and employing techniques to access performance. Preferred Additional Skills: • 2+ years administrating an Earned Value Management System. • Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. • Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and written communications skills. • Detail oriented and organized.
