Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Lesage, WV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.31 / Hour Job Schedule Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sun: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare and laboratory environment. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns. Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid are preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
