Project Architect

With a residential portfolio spanning more than two decades, Cuppett Kilpatrick practices Architecture and Interior Design. We focus on producing daylight balanced interiors with a special regard for scale, volume, texture, and graphic composition. We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our multi-disciplinary design team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a design intensive office. Residential experience is a must. As our office is a collaborative environment, persons in this position will be working alongside other designers and architects on multiple projects concurrently. Qualifications Formal education in Architecture 5+ years experience working in a design office, residential experience required Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp Self-motivated individual who is comfortable asking questions Efficient with communication and correspondence Experience in delivering projects from Schematic Design through substantial completion Responsibilities Collaborate with design team for successful integration of Architecture and Interior Design Develop construction documents independently and as part of a design team Study massing and design development in SketchUp Correspond with Contractors and Consultants Attend job meetings on site with Owner, Architect and Contractor Cuppett Kilpatrick offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
