Who This Role Is For This is not a passive retail job. You are responsible for helping patients see better, feel confident, and make decisions they trust. That requires more than being nice. We cannot train confidence, energy, or presence. The Reality of This Role You will be guiding patients through purchasing decisions, not just showing products You will need to confidently recommend higher-quality options when appropriate You will have conversations about pricing, insurance, and upgrades You will work in a fast‑paced environment where multiple patients need attention You are expected to maintain strong energy and engagement throughout the day If you are uncomfortable influencing decisions or discussing money, this role will feel difficult.
