Compensation: Earnings range $180,000 -$250,000 annually with ability to exceed based on experience, and work schedule. This opportunity has an un-capped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active DC dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
