Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a W2 contract basis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.

Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.

Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.

Required Skills

3+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance is a plus.
