Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) located in Springfield, MA. This float position involves providing high-quality patient care on the IMC unit, with scheduled shifts during daytime hours. The role requires adaptability to various patient needs and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting, Cerner electronic medical record experience preferred, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, ACLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves working on a high-acuity IMCU with expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5 or 1:6, occasionally 1:7. Weekend and holiday work is scheduled every other weekend and alternating holidays. The start date is 08/03/2026. The facility is located in Springfield, Massachusetts.
