Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to actively contribute to the development of our solutions and applications using modern technologies such as C#, JavaScript, and React. The position will report to the Team Lead Software Engineering and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new functionality for our high scaling server and client-side applications using C# and JavaScript (React, Redux, TypeScript)Optimize and enhance our software using new efficient algorithms and technologiesDesign and implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworksWork collaboratively in a Scrum development team within a continuous integration environmentBe responsible for ensuring efficient implementation and for code of the highest qualityContinuously integrate, build and deploy our solution from test system to productionRecommend and implement improvements to architecture/technologies to further enhance our systems and codebase regarding reliability, maintainability, scalability and performanceMonitor the latest technical developments in your field and initiate improvementsAct as an advisor towards product owner (feasibility studies and time estimates for new functionality to be implemented)RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in the field of object-oriented software development using C# and .NET is mandatoryProven background in working with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSSolid knowledge frameworks like React, Redux, Webpack, etc.Experience in taking architectural decisions about the development and maintenance of large-scale distributed systems and integrations with applications and user interfacesExperience in any of the following fields would be desirable: parallel programming distributed and scalable systems, security and SQL or NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-oriented programmingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.What we offerCompetitive compensation and bonusesFlexible PTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchingComprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverageUp to 12 weeks of Parental LeaveBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paidQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetingsOpen door policy and business casual dress codeWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
