Overview Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support a rapidly growing fuel marketer in their search for an Inside Sales Professional. This opportunity is based in Southern Tennessee. Compensation Base Salary Plus Commission, Comprehensive Benefits Responsibilities Be a proactive member of a division tasked with increasing fuel sales in targeted markets. Perform spot sales, government and municipal bids and RFPs. Work with Operations to provide superior service for customers. Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers while building rapid relationships. Manage and build the customer base, analyze and develop sales forecasts. Build value-added presentations and continually expand supplementary sales to existing customers. Requirements 2–3 years of inside B2B sales experience/account management in a similar business environment preferred. Strong work ethic and commitment. Extensive customer involvement and excellent relationship skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. CRM experience preferred.
