Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8A-5P: MON-FRI - will not work holidays or weekends unless approved prior to time/visit), Region: Houston, Milage: GSA Max, On-Call: None, GT: 40, Length: 8-13 weeks, Required Certs: BLS/First Aide, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE (2) YEARS RECENT LICENSED SLP EXPERIENCE (EXCLUDES PRIVATE DUTY & NO NEW GRADS), THIS CAN BE THERE FIRST TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT AS LONG AS THEY HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE, SLP will need to call in for all missed visits and for frequency of eval or not able to contact patient, Scrubs: clean/professional with closed toe shoes - no facial jewelry except small nose stud and earrings, Charting: Wellsky, PLEASE HAVE ALL CANDIDATES LOOK INTO HOUSING BEFORE SUBMITTING.
