The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$44,000 - $59,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
