Roofing Sales Representative
Compensation: Commission Only - Uncapped Commission ($80k – $150k+ First Year)
Vehicle: Company Vehicle Provided OR Higher Commission for Using Your Own
Type: Full-Time
The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing home remodeling company looking for driven Roofing Sales Representatives . If you have sales experience, great! If not, we will train you.
Choose Your Perk:
Option A: Drive a provided company work vehicle.
Option B: Drive your own truck/SUV and get a higher commission split for extra payout.
What You’ll Do
Meet with local homeowners to assess roofing and remodeling needs.
Perform basic roof inspections and present project estimates.
Guide clients through insurance claims or financing.
Close deals and build your pipeline.
What We Look For
Strong work ethic and a desire to make great money.
Outgoing personality with great communication skills.
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
