Production Packaging for Whole Bean Operations Buddy Brew Coffee is Now Hiring for our Roastery Location in Tampa! Do you love coffee and working in a production facility? We are currently hiring for Roastery and Cold Brew Production Team Members that will assist with packaging, delivery and various other production duties within our Roastery and Cold Brew Facility! Responsibilities Assist Roasting Ops, Setting up Packaging and Organizing Roasted coffee going out per customer orders Assist Cold Brew Ops, Packaging and Canning of Bolt for inventory build Assist with Internal Deliveries going to BBC Retail Shops Expected to Operate within the GMP regulations, maintain a sanitary environment Expected to Operate within OSHA regulations, always in a safe manner Promote inventory accuracy Maintain production facility as requested by the Director of Coffee Qualifications Education – Minimum High School degree Computer skills in Excel and Word A valid state issued driver’s license without major infractions Ability to work with a sense of urgency Attention to detail Ability to follow procedures Ability to clearly and neatly document actions on Batch records Working Conditions Capable of standing for extended periods of time Physical Requirements Capable of lifting to 75 pounds We would love to connect with you!
