Performance Expectations:

• Handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day)
• Maintain fast response times (speed to lead under 15 minutes)
• Ensure no missed leads or follow-ups
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Drive)
• Ability to assess situations quickly and act accordingly

⏰ Schedule:

• Our call center operates between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, so flexibility is important. This role includes rotating Saturday shifts and occasional adjusted schedules to help support the team and customer demand.

Location:

• This is an in-person position operating out of Bishopville, Maryland
• We serve homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.
