NEW CAR MANAGER

As the New Car Manager at Platinum Ford North, you will lead and oversee the new vehicle sales department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth. Based in Pilot Point, TX, you will manage inventory, train and motivate the sales team, and collaborate closely with other departments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the new car sales department
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain and manage new vehicle inventory to meet market demands
- Work closely with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in sales performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dealership policies
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably at a Ford dealership
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of automotive inventory management and sales processes
