Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities to ensure optimal equipment performance Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to support operational needs Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and promote professional development Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently Familiarity with maintenance management software and CMMS systems Strong organizational and planning abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred Join our innovative team committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
