Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in Centralia, Washington. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care in a busy surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). The shift is 8 hours per day, with a schedule of five days a week.

Job Details:

• Location: Centralia, Washington
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS); Education appropriate nursing degree; Experience 1 year in operating room settings; Location Washington state; Additional Experience previous charge experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with general operating room procedures such as appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, thyroidectomy, abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, repair procedures (colporrhaphy), bilateral tubal ligation, dilation & curettage, arthroscopy, fracture reductions, total joint replacement, cystoscopy, prostatectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate, infection control, laser safety, radiation safety, specimen handling, universal protocol, wound management
• Additional Information: All RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included in submittal; two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years are required during the compliance process and prior to start; locas are not accepted; pending license accepted as N/A; vaccine requirements do not apply.
