Baker - Einstein Bros. Bagels We are seeking a Baker to support our bagel bakery. The Baker will ensure the quality of our fresh bagels, pastries, and other baked goods are available for each shift, as well as help with guest service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare dough, monitor baking, and bake bagels, pastries, and other items in accordance with recipe and quality standards. Stock the bagel wall, pastry case, and sandwich station to keep all items available for customers. Assist with order taking, sandwich preparation, and other guest-service tasks as needed. Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including proper cleaning and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and customer service goals. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years old. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Availability for varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3 a.m.) on weekends. Pass background check, local, state, and federal laws. Valid state-issued driver's license preferred (required at some locations). Ability to lift/stand as required (see physical requirements).
