Four Day Workweek! Schedule: Tuesday-Friday; 6:00am start. Pay: $22.00/hour. Sign‑on Bonus: $2,000.00. Full benefits within 30 days of being hired. CDL‑B required. Job Responsibilities As a member of our CDL driving team you will interact with customers daily to manually unload and deliver pre‑sold products from our distribution center to their account locations in a safe and efficient manner. Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts safely and responsibly, complying with all federal mandated laws. Maintain good relations with retail customers; provide customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoices. Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records. Return empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise, collecting appropriate reimbursements from customers. Handle required paperwork for liquor laws; invoices must be signed when the product is dropped off. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal mandated laws and DOT driver requirements. Maintain records by completing DOT driver logs. Perform duties safely by following established rules and regulations. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures. Maintain vehicle condition through regular inspections, logging, and reporting as required. Keep the delivery truck clean and visually presentable. Request routine truck maintenance by completing written maintenance request forms. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Possess a valid driver’s license, CDL (Class A or B commercial license required) . Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related area. Demonstrate strong communication skills and high levels of professionalism. Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. Utilize sound judgment and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bi‑lingual a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Regularly lift 45‑65 lbs. Regularly bend and squat. Competencies Accountable for meeting own targets; work is reviewed periodically. Problems encountered are defined, repetitive, and routine with solutions readily available.
