Payer Relations Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Payer Relations Specialist will manage incoming communications, coordinate referrals to branch locations, and maintain databases to support payer processes while collaborating with the Payer Relations team. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries in the National Accounts queues Assign new referrals to appropriate branch locations and coordinate scheduling for initial evaluations Track referrals and provide updates and documentation to key national payers Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency certificate Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) Highly organized with strong critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in a team environment with strong oral and written communication skills
