Work Setting Skills REQUIRED: Ambulatory OR

Ear/Nose/Throat Skills REQUIRED: Endoscopic sinus procedures, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Laryngectomy, Mastoidectomy/Tympanoplasty/Stapedectomy, Radical neck dissection, Scrub ENT Surgery, Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy & Tracheostomy

Pedi Ear/Nose/Throat Skills REQUIRED: Myringotomy with tubes, Scrub PEDI ENT Surgery & Tonsillectomy/adenoids

Emergency Management Skills REQUIRED: Code Response, Fire Safety, Latex Allergy & Malignant Hyperthermia

Professional Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED: Specimen Handling/labeling & Universal Protocol (Time out)

Procedure Certs: BLS

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

Work Setting Skills: Pedi General OR

Endoscopic Procedures Skills: Bronchoscopy

Ophthalmology Skills: Cataract extraction/implant, Corneal transplant, Eye trauma, Glaucoma surgery, Scrub Ophthalmology Surgery & Vitrectomy

Pedi Ophthalmology Skills: Eye Trauma

Equipment/ Instrumentation/Supplies Skills: Electrosurgical units & Fiber optic light sources/cords

Professional Knowledge & Skills: Infection control & Laser Safety

SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered -Will Accept 13 Weeks. -8-HOUR DAYS; 07:00 - 16:00 ***RTO: 7 DAYS MAX for AYA AUTO OFFER*** -Call Requirement: NONE -Float Requirement: NONE -Weekend Requirement: NONE

PATIENT AGE GROUP: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults & Geriatrics

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: ENT surgery, cataracts, ocular plastics, head and neck

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Fast-paced ASC specializing in ENT and Eye with 6 ORs

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: N/A

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC REQUIRED, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Unit Needs

UNIT ORIENTATION: 40 hours
