• Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 am 5:00 pm), with 1-2 evening shifts/week

• Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License, Board Certified in Family Medicine, BLS, ACLS, DEA License
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in family or internal medicine, Spanish speaking strongly preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $171.60

What You'll Do:

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, averaging 18 patients per day
• Conduct exams and assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants, RNs, and behavioral health team members
• Document patient interactions accurately using Epic EMR system
• Support clinical team efforts to improve patient outcomes and ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and safety requirements
• Participate in team meetings and continuous medical education activities

What You Need:

• Valid California medical license with DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in family or internal medicine
• Ability to speak some medical Spanish (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in multiple clinic locations across LA based on scheduling needs

This role is based at Venice Family Clinic, an affiliate of UCLA, serving the LA community with a focus on accessible, quality healthcare. You will be based between 1-2 clinic sites near Venice Beach, working in a well-supported environment with a dedicated team committed to patient-centered care. The position is designed to be flexible, whether part-time or full-time, with support from experienced clinical staff and state-of-the-art facilities.
