Marketing Specialist (Mandarin)

Company Overview : We are a rapidly growing organization specializing in premium outdoor products, including portable refrigerators and innovative power solutions. As we expand across North America, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive key initiatives, manage timelines, support product launches, and act as a liaison between U.S. and international teams. Key Responsibilities : Project Coordination : Plan, track, and manage marketing projects to ensure objectives, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Collaborate with team members to monitor progress, maintain priorities, and troubleshoot potential challenges. Product Launch Support : Organize timelines and resources to support new product introductions. Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing assets across various teams. Cross-Functional Communication : Act as the primary communication bridge between U.S. and international teams, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and task resolution. Facilitate the exchange of marketing collateral, project information, and action items. Asset & Documentation Management : Maintain a well-organized archive of marketing assets, project documentation, product info, and shared resources. Ensure marketing materials are consistently updated and readily accessible across the organization. Event & Partnership Coordination : Oversee logistics for influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, trade shows, dealer events, and other marketing initiatives. Track samples, coordinate shipments, and monitor project progress for events and partnerships. Administrative & Operational Support : Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track action items to completion. Manage marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal workflows to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Assist with day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Qualifications : Bilingual Proficiency : Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required). Project Management Expertise : Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills : Clear and professional communication style to connect effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to Detail : Strong ability to follow through, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy in task execution. Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) is a plus. Education & Experience : A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in marketing or project coordination is highly advantageous.
